Courageous Women of the Bible - 8 Week Study

Courageous Women:  A Study on the Heroines of Biblical History, written by Catholic author, Stacy Mitch, is a study which introduces the reader to the courageous women who helped shape salvation history!  From Eve, Sarah, Ruth, Deborah, Judith, Mary Magadelene and more, we will look closely at their lives to see their virtues, vices, and struggles and how God used them to change history.  We will also examine our own virtues, vices, and struggles, as well and how God wants to use us to change history! The study concludes with the final chapter on Mary, Mother of God and His Church.

This Bible study will be facilitated by Mary Meine, Church of the Resurrection, Rochester, parishioner and recent graduate of Winona Diocese Institute of Lay Formation, a three year program for those seeking to deepen their Catholic faith and serve in their Catholic parishes and community.

Newcomers to Bible Study and women of all ages welcome!  We will all learn and grow together!  Please bring a Catholic Bible.   Space is limited so please sign up soon!  Contact Margaret Mulligan for questions or additional information. Sign up at St. James Coffee. Cost $10 for the cost of the book.

Please prayerfully consider joining us!
